The Objective

Establish organizational quality standards, automate code governance, and engineer custom tools to improve developer experience (DevEx) for over 500 engineers working on Jira and Confluence.

Engineering & Integration

  • Statsig Experimentation Wrapper: Designed and built the foundational API wrapper for Statsig feature flags and A/B testing infrastructure. This work isolated experiment tracking logic, ensuring correct event beaconing and eliminating thousands of false-positive metrics.
  • Accessibility Leadership: Acted as the technical champion for WCAG AA compliance across core web platforms, implementing semantic layouts, keyboard-friendly navigation, and screen-reader accessibility rules.
  • Developer Experience & Tooling: Built a custom LLM-integrated VS Code assistant, helping developers draft unit tests, generate documentation, and conform to local design tokens.
  • Continuous Integration Governance: Created custom ESLint configurations and automated Git hooks. Integrated these with GitLab/Jenkins pipelines to block non-compliant commits before they reached staging environments.
